Koffi, Yinka Davies, Benita Okiojie, Ego, Veno selected Judges for Kids Voice Competition

Popular comedian and actor Koffithaguru. Yinka Davies a world-class Vocalist, dancer, lyricist and eccentric not to mention charismatic personality. Benita Okojie popular gospel child star that captured the imagination of a nation with her hit single titled “Osamudiame” which encapsulates the essence of the competition. Ego Ogbaro former member of the Africano music band which was led by the renowned afrobeat legend Lagbaja, has showcased her amazing ability as a genuine superstar. The living legend, Veno Marioghae who came to limelight with iconic hit “Nigeria go survive” has been selected judges for Nigeria’s First Kids Singing competition, Kids Voice! 

All five Judges were selected based on their proficiency and expertise in the field of music, art, and entertainment as a whole.

The judges expressed their love for the kids and indicated that it was a knotty selection during the audition and elimination stage of the competition as all the kids were amazing.  The judges who have been fully involved in the rehearsals of the Kids Voice Finalist have also expressed their ecstasy as the voices of the kids have improved compared to when they started off in the audition stage.

Ego Ogbaro who recently surprised the kids during one of their rehearsals encouraged the Ten Finalist and urged them to never give up on their talent. She also added that the kids should put in more efforts as the finals are around the corner. “Can’t wait to see you all on the finals looking dazzling” she said. 

The Finals of the Kids Voice Competition which is scheduled for the 31st of July 2018 at the National Theatre Iganmu, is set to entertain schools, parents, kids friends, entertainers and more from within and around the world. 

Biggest Kids Singing Competition in Nigeria “Kids Voice”, Unveils their Top Ten Kids For the Grand Finale

The stage is set, the competition is on as the Biggest reality Tv show for kids unveils their top ten finalists who will be performing at the Grand Finale which is to kick-start on the 31st of July 2018 at the National Theatre, Iganmu Lagos.

The kids went through different stages like; auditions, elimination and now the Finals. This selection was carefully selected by prominent artists who have been and still are abreast with the music world, Benita Okojie (popular kid singer), Yinka Davies (singer,dancer, lyricist), Koffithaguru (comedian, singer), Ego Ogbaro (singer, former Africano music band lagbaga) and Veno Marioghae Mbanefo (singer of the popular song “Nigeria must be great”)

The Project Head Joan Mbanefo revealed that the Kids Voice is an initiative of Jyb Tv and was birthed as a result of the love for kids and family entertainment. she also added that the kids have been wonderful during rehearsals and in addition have improved wonderfully, compared to the auditions period thanks to the kid’s music director, Mr. Steven from the “Olori Oko” band group.

The kids expressed their profound joy and excitement to have reached the final stage of kid’s voice. Some of the kids also shyly expressed anxiety to perform on a big stage to several audiences which will have top artists present as they stated that it was their first time performing in a big competition. They found solace in the fact that they have reached the finals out of the numerous kids that were present at the audition.
